Our Mission

The goal of VisionCareCE is to offer optometrists, opticians and ophthalmic medical personnel high-quality continuing education on a full range of topics conveniently and cost-effectively; provide an environment where practitioners can monitor their professional development and learn about other continuing education programs; and forge relationships with state associations and societies to increase the acceptance of and accessibility to online continuing education.

Who We Are

VisionCareCE was created by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins VisionCare Group (LWW). LWW publishes four of the vision care market's leading trade journals: Optometric Management and Ophthalmology Management provide critical practice management information; Eyecare Business offers strategies for profitable dispensing; and Contact Lens Spectrum covers clinical contact lens prescribing. Each month, these publications deliver the information optometrists, opticians, ophthalmologists and other vision care specialists need to succeed. In addition, LWW organizes, produces and manages educational conferences and seminars for vision care professionals all over the country through its Health Care Conference Group, and conducts custom and syndicated Internet research through LWW Research Services. The company is based in Ft. Washington, PA.
